• Frame Dimensions: The width (the front of the frame) is 9 to 14 mm wide (0.35" to 0.55"), with thickness varying by region— 42 mm (1.65") in North America. A 12 mm (0.45") gap between the canvas and frame ensures a snug fit.

Shipping:

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Domestic delivery typically arrives within 7–10 days of order. Prints are rolled in protective tissue and shipped in reinforced tubes. Framed pieces ship flat in double-walled boxes.

Returns:

As each piece is printed to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@byintention.art within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve color integrity over time. Wipe the frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners. Canvas prints should not be stored in high-humidity environments.
